This 2-hour complete pie class breaks down the notoriously intimidating process of making pie from scratch and offers a window into Lokokitchen’s design process.

Join Lauren for an evening in the beautiful private dining room of Harry’s Fine Foods, where she will share her all-butter pie dough recipe, walk participants through hand-making dough, and demonstrate several of her signature designs. Every participant leaves with an arsenal of pie-making skills and a ready-to-bake miso caramel apple masterPIEce (the pie can be baked right away or frozen and served later…perfect for upcoming holidays!)!
