Join Lauren Ko of @lokokitchen at the beautiful Tougo Coffee shop for an intimate design-focused tart class that provides insight into her creative process and equips you with the techniques to create your own stunning tart art.

Every student will be provided with a delicious shortbread tart shell, a whipped cinnamon cloud filling, and the tools to assemble and decorate their own fruit tart top. Students will have a hands-on opportunity to make their own Instagrammable Lokokitchen-inspired creation featuring beautiful summer fruit from local farm, Collins Family Orchards, and will take home a ready-to-serve edible masterpiece.

Refreshments will be provided.
