This is a design-focused class that provides insight into Lauren’s creative process and equips you with the techniques to create your own stunning tart art.

Every student will be provided with a delicious shortbread tart shell, a homemade fluffy whipped filling, and the tools to assemble and decorate their own fruit tart top. Students will have a hands-on opportunity to make their own Instagrammable Lokokitchen-inspired creation featuring beautiful local fruit, and will take home a ready-to-serve edible masterpiece.
