Join Lauren Ko and Master Sommelier, Jackson Rohrbaugh, for a unique afternoon of tart art and wine tasting!
Participants have the opportunity to create their own tart art under the tutelage of Lokokitchen herself! Lauren will guide students through her iconic design processes (PIEOMETRY secrets revealed!), making tart art accessible to baking experts and novices alike.
Students will choose from a beautiful buffet of local seasonal produce to put their newly-acquired design skills into action, and each participant goes home with their own ready-to-serve masterpiece!
To spur everyone’s creativity further, Jackson will be pouring flights of 5-6 wines (non-alcoholic options available!) and talking participants briefly through each one.
