Join Lauren Ko for a unique afternoon of tart art as she makes a special appearance in San Diego!
In this design-focused fruit tart workshop, participants have the opportunity to create their own tart art under the tutelage of Lokokitchen herself! Lauren will demo a buttery shortbread crust, an easy-no-cook filling, and she will guide students through her iconic design process (PIEOMETRY secrets revealed!). This class makes tart art accessible to baking experts and novices alike.
Students will choose from a beautiful buffet of local seasonal produce to put their newly-acquired design skills into action, and each participant goes home with their own ready-to-serve masterpiece!
Light refreshments and local wines will be provided to keep everyone inspired as they craft their sweet creation.
